General
What areas do you serve?
We work across the Greater Toronto Area on both condominium common element projects and residential renovations.
What does design build mean, and do you offer in house design?
Design build means one accountable team handles design and construction together. We collaborate with experienced design professionals and also offer in house design services that enhance and maximize the value of existing spaces.
How do I request a quote?
Tell us about your project on our contact page and we will follow up to scope the work and outline next steps.
Condominiums and property managers
Do you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Working in occupied condominiums is a core part of what we do. We plan designated work hours, daily clean up, protection of finished areas, careful elevator and corridor use, and clear resident communication.
What common element work do you handle?
Lobbies, corridors, amenity areas, exterior building repair and enhancement, and riser replacement for property managers and condo boards. See examples in our interior common elements portfolio.
Who approves a common element renovation?
The condo board directs common element work, and some changes require owner notice, a vote, or a section 98 agreement. Our guide on common element renovations walks through the process.
Residential
What residential projects do you take on?
Custom kitchens, luxury bathrooms, condo unit renovations and full home renovations, managed from concept to completion. See our residential services.
Do you handle design and drawings?
Yes. We offer in house design and coordinate any drawings your project needs so you have one point of contact from concept to finishing details.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on scope. A realistic timeline includes design, any approvals and permits, and material lead times such as custom cabinetry and stone, in addition to on site construction.
Permits and approvals
Do I need a building permit for my renovation?
It depends on the work. Structural changes and plumbing or heating work generally need a permit, while cosmetic updates usually do not. Our guide on renovation permits in the GTA covers the details.
Do you manage the permit process?
Yes. A design build team can prepare the documentation and coordinate approvals so you are not navigating the process alone.
How do you keep a project clean and on schedule?
We run the trades as one team, protect finished areas, clean up daily, and communicate the schedule clearly so the work stays organized from start to finish.
